your story, your vision

I have heard so many people say, "I have an idea for a children's book..." and I wait with great anticipation, but that's always where the statement ends! Wahhhhh! 

If that feels relatable, let me encourage you - you can do it! The hardest part is that first sentence. But just write it! You might (and quite honestly probably will) go back and change that first sentence, but the important part is just to begin writing. Just like with visual art, this will take many, many drafts, but even when I throw away pages filled with scribbles, I don't consider those pages wasted - they're just part of the journey. 

This is your chance, friend. Turn your idea-for-a-children's-book into an illustrated, held in your hand, page, after page, beautiful book. My greatest joy in this process is to hear your thoughts, work with you along the way, and bring your vision into life.
